All athletes must present the following items at Team Check-in (or online below):

Boxing record book with a photo and registration ID for the 2025 competition year.
Medical Check (english / français) not older than one year MUST be complete and available to show the organizers.
SCAT 5 or 6 (english / français) is mandatory for all athletes and MUST be duly completed by a doctor, a nurse, physiotherapist or certified athletic therapist (must include official stamp of the professional who conducted the test and/or their license number), otherwise the athlete will not be eligible for the competition. Information about concussion protocols (english / français)
ALL female boxers to bring a duly completed Declaration of Non-Pregnancy
