Other Information
To ensure the best possible experience for all participants, we have negotiated a great rate at two hotels in Calgary. We are hopeful that all registered athletes stay at one of our two selected partner hotels.
We are pleased to offer a special negotiated rate of $169.00 per night, which includes breakfast for up to four people/room. This partnership allows us to provide consistent and convenient accommodations to streamline your event experience. You will need to book your hotel prior to registering for the tournament.
As part of the process, competitors will complete their event registration and pay the competition fee. At the conclusion of the tournament, the competition registration fee will be fully refunded to all participants who stayed at one of our preferred host hotels.
